Our days on books is at an average of below 40. Most of our clients are in the 20-30 range. Depends on specialty and contracts.

Last year we sent to the collection agency less than 1% of total accounts receivable.

We have under 18% of total accounts receivable in aging of 91 days and over.

We have an assigned person to each account that is totally responsible for that client.

Compliance and HIPAA are in place. This is audited on a regular basis by senior management.

Insurance is run and sent electronically to all carriers available.

All the hassles of billing are done in our offices, not yours.

We answer all billing questions from patients and insurance.

We monitor and meet with you on all fee schedules and contracts.

We are dedicated to you and your practice. Our follow-up procedure makes sure that every dollar you should receive is in your account.

Our people are trained and re-trained every day. Staff goes to association meetings and educational seminars. We keep up to date on what is happening in billing.
